I am a civil servant who helps others to share knowledge through adoption and scaling of technologies.

My experience has taught me that knowledge and information are often under-rated and poorly exploited resources:  putting them to work can radically improve productivity and job satisfaction. I identify better ways for people to communicate and collaborate, augmenting formal systems with ones which are fluid and fluent.

Similarly, structured information and data in business systems are also often poorly managed.  I help organisations to improve information management, enabling them to link across systems and become more effective.

I have worked in high-security defence environments and dealt with complex scientific data subject to tight regulation.
